Refund Policy
If you’ve purchased your product within 30 days and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, email orders@safaicoffee.com to start your return process. If you return your items (unopened and in original packaging with no visible signs of use) to us within 30 days, we will process a full refund back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees may apply to returns.
Delivery Policy
Orders are subject to a processing period and will generally ship 2 business days after your order is placed. For example, if you place an order on Monday, it will ship on Wednesday. Or, if you place an order on Friday, it will ship on the next Tuesday. We do not ship orders on weekends.
*Holidays may cause an additional one (1) to two (2) business day delay in shipping.

Cancelation Policy
Cancellations and modifications to orders must be made at least 36 hours prior to an order shipping. If you would like to change or cancel your order, reach out to our fulfillment team immediately at orders@safaicoffee.com.
Please note that we may not be able to make adjustments to your order if it has already been processed or if it is after business hours, Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm Eastern Standard Time.
