Tazza Italia Light Roast Coffee is lightly roasted to bring out subtle flavor attributes and has a mild acidity and light body. This 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified product comes from farms choosing to help protect wildlife and the environment and provide dignified living conditions for farm workers and their families. The coffee is 100% Arabica Specialty Grade with a roast profile developed by master roaster, Safai, using a traditional European roasting method.

Tazza Italia Dark Roast Coffee is roasted to a dark stage to fully develop both the flavor and complexity of the coffee. This 100% USDA Organic Certified coffee comes from farms that follow organic farming standards meaning the coffee is free of pesticides and herbicides allowing the coffee to exhibit only the natural flavors inherent to the Central American origin. The coffee is 100% Arabica Specialty Grade and roasted with a roast profile developed by master roaster, Safai, using a traditional European roasting method.
